Golden Dungeness Crab - 2+

J's comment > whilst the crab was very fresh indeed, and most tasty, I don't think the flavor of the egg yolk batter translated through very well; the batter was good, but not phenomenal enough to be a 'signature dish' as advertised

Chicken fillet w orange sauce - 2+

J's comment > nice crisp skin & juicy meat

Ken's special chicken - 2+

J's comment > not bad, very tender and juicy

Eggplant w spicy chili garlic hot pot - 2+

J's comment > we actually asked for no spice, but the sauce was still really good; eggplant was tender to the point of mushy (the way it's supposed to be) and sauce was totally infused through and through

Stewed beef brisket chow mein - 2

J's comment > not bad; beef brisket a tad chewy, but still tender

Braised Fatty Layer Pork - 2

J's comment > not bad actually; just a tad too much fat (there was some meat underneath the fat when you turn over the pieces)

Deep fried squid w salt & chili - 2

J's comment > again, we asked for no chili, so this was a bit bland without

Chinese broccoli w minced garlic - 2

Complimentary daily soup - 2

J's comment > not bad, tad bland though

Complimentary red bean dessert soup - 2

J's comment > not bad, but nothing extraordinary
