Beef Dip: Shaved prime rib, roasted french bread, au jus - 2
Soup of the day: Black bean bacon - 2
J's comment > beef overcooked but surprisingly still tender and marbly, borderline juicy - I think this was more due to the quality of the meat used than the chef's actual skill; bread OK, crisped as only roasted / toasted bread can be; the au jus was on the watery side, I prefer my dips w slightly more consistency;
soup was slightly thick, not that I minded, but a tad salty; slightly spicy too
FYI this combo is on special every Wednesday for $10 (or sub soup for fries and salad) |
