Cracked Pepper Parmesan - 2+

Roasted Garlic Aioli - 2+

Baconaise - 2+

J's comment > very tasty sauces overall, the base for these dips were all the same --> creamy and smooth; the differentiating aspect of this dips were the labeled flavors which all stayed true to form; parmesan tasted like parmesan, baconaise tasted bacony; advertised flavors all present but not overwhelmingly pungent or warped during the creation process

Chipotle - 2+

Wasabi Mayonnaise - 2+

Japanese style mayonnaise - 2+

J's comment > same comment re the base as above; I had to leave room for other food stuffs from other exhibitors so I had to let go the other sauces pictured here but not noted; quite confident that the flavors would be as advertised from the sampling of the ones I had; the chipotle and the wasabi mayo were slightly spicy but not too much; the japanese mayo reminded me of the Kewpie mayo from Japan
