Deep fried tofu with golden garlic ('gum sa dow fu') - 2+

J's comment > good thin crispy exterior and soft tofu on the inside, but a certain something was missing and wasn't as good as I remembered from last visit

Steamed Crystal Prawn Dumplings (har gao) - 2+

J's comment > skin non-sticky at all but a tad thick; shrimp plump and juicy

Steamed chicken claws in special sauce - 2

J's comment > not bad; not all claws were equally soft, but the ones that were soft were good

Deep fried meat dumplings (ham sui gok) - 2

J's comment > not bad; dough really crispy and mochi-like but a tad thick; filling really generous but flavor slightly lacking

Baked fresh milk with egg custard tarts ('dan tat') - 2

J's comment > slightly cold; not as good as last visit's

Rice flour rolls wrap w chinese donut (tsa leung) - 2

J's comment > not bad, but not as good as last visit

Steamed creamy custard buns (lao sa bao) - 1

J's comment > bun really thick and dense; liquid custard way too runny; Fraser Court's much much better
