Blueberry ricotta crepes w candied bacon, mini yogurt parfait, whip and Creme Anglais - 2+

J's comment > crepes incredibly soft; ricotta filling very creamy; blueberries' flavor subtle as expected; addictive candied bacon (not crisp, just the way I like it); parfait could have used a lot more yogurt though, I got mostly just granola; creme anglaise light, and unfortunately not butter ;) ; the server informed me that this was just for Mother's Day, but hopefully Acme Cafe will bring back this item soon!

Pink buttercream velvet cake - 2

J's comment > not bad; really liked the cake though it was 'velvet' as suggested (red velvet cake is red-dyed cake w cream cheese in the center); as the 'pink velvet cake' there was neither the 'pinkness' in the cake, nor the cream cheese in the center; that said though, the cake was pretty good, slightly on the dense side, but still quite fluffy; buttercream had that 'oily'/'greasy' texture that I was never a fan of
