Pork stomach soup w gingko nuts - 3 J's comment > Bamboo Grove's signature dish! Looks creamy, but it's actually very 'clean' on the palate; slight hints of pepper and ginger that gives the soup the slightest nudge it needs; not stinky in the least like the Fatty Cow Hot Pot pork stomach soup base; FYI, this isn't on the menu and I think you have to pre-order this soup in advance |

Wow... I have never been served so fast at a Chinese restaurant in my life. Chinese restaurants always serve really quickly to get you out of there ASAP, but today we got ALL our dishes one after the other in quick succession within 15 mins of placing our order.
