Hand cut fries, truffle gravy & cheese curds (AKA poutine) - 2+

Prime rib w rosemary jus - 2

Chimichurri butcher steak w wild arugula - 2

Bone marrow - 2

J's comment > poutine was very well done, fries not crispy in the least, but it was totally fine this way, truffle and gravy not overwhelming, subtle and enhancing rather; our server informed us that this was actually Charcut's signature item and I totally agree this was better than the meats served

prime rib and butcher steak were cooked right as requested (medium rare); both tender, and honestly, the juiciest prime rib I've had, but a tad lacking on the gristle which is my fav part;

bone marrow had more crumble than actual marrow and was a tad salty, but the marrow that was on the plate was scrumptious, just not nearly enough

Grizzly Paw: Grapefruit soda - 2

J's comment > not bad; not too sweet, but grapefruit flavor not very strong either; more like a lightly sweetened club soda

Grizzly Paw: Orange cream soda - 2

J's comment > another not very sweet soda, more bubbles than orange flavor which was a tad stronger than the grapefruit
