Whole Yakima Farm rack of lamb w baby nugget potatoes, fava bean, english pea, wild mushroom, raita, mint chimmichurri - 2+

J's comment > Lamb extremely tender, cooked perfectly as requested (medium rare) except for two pieces at the bottom which were well done (hence the point deduction, or it would be a 3); accompaniments were all very tasty and fresh, esp the mint chimmichurri which was so potent of the mint flavor that you really only need a few drops for the full blast of flavor; substantial but delicate, excellent balance 

Complimentary bread, caramelized brown butter & olive oil - 2

J's comment > bread OK, served warm but slightly tough; butter unsalted, trace flavor of caramel

J's comment > not bad; crumbly shortbread, excellent usage of butter (I could tell ;) ); jelly for some reason better today than last visit's

J's comment > on the bitter side; didn't really get the OJ
