Pappardelle & mushroom pasta w leeks, toasted pine nuts, herbs, padano cheese - 2+
J's comment > slightly creamy, just the way I like it; pasta perfectly al dente; mushrooms very flavorful; didn't really get the leeks or pine nuts though |
Jambon (ham), champignon (mushroom), parmesan flat bread (baked thin crust dressed bread) - 2+
J's comment > bread was most unusual in a really good way, not like any pizza dough I've ever had before; ham and mushrooms were very flavorful; just needs more cheese to become a formidable pizza :) |
French onion soup w gruyere cheese & crouton - 2+
J's comment > very generous amts of cheese; soup base tad light underneath the heavy cheese, but still good! |

J's comment > not bad; terrine dense as expected, but still spreadable; rabbit flavor not unusual, kinda like a reg pork terrine actually; baguettes really crisp |

Le Souffle Glace: Vanilla iced souffle & citrus sorbet, white chocolate pistachio tuille - 2
J's comment > the 'souffle' was more like an iced vanilla custard, not ice cream, custard, vanilla flavor not very strong; sorbet was very light, excellent pairing w the slightly rich 'souffle' |
