The Deli Family Gourmet

May 5, 2014

Bambino: Chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, pesto aioli on cranberry sourdough - 2

J's comment > not bad; chicken breast very tender and moist; well-portioned tomato - not huge thick pieces wedged in a corner, but decent portion sliced in accordance w size of chicken breast; pesto creamy and present; bread soft

Pasta salad - 2

Quinoa & roasted vegetables salad - 2

J's comment > both not bad, pasta salad extremely creamy, mmmm....; quinoa plump, tad on the soft side

Goulash w toasted bread - 2

J's comment > goulash OK, your avg meat soup / stew; toasted bread really hard! you definitely want to soak this in a soup unless you want to crack a tooth

Hans Freitag, Desiree: Assorted wafers - 2

J's comment > really really sweet, very crisp and crunchy, but OMG... so sweet! Loacker definitely much better
