Roast Rack of Yakima Valley Lamb w morels, English peas and tendrils - 2+ J's comment > very tender and flavorful, reminiscent of Hawksworth's lamb, although the sides were not as well done as Hawksworth's; but if you're just in for the lamb and don't need the whole rack, these could do in a pinch; FYI, we asked for rare, but got borderline medium rare instead; there was also a bit of mash which would have sufficed for me, but the server didn't advise of this when we ordered a separate side portion of the mash (see below) |

Complimentary bread, whipped butter & tomato - 2 J's comment > bread slightly hard but flavorful; butter unsalted but very light and creamy, an OK blend w the tomato |

Sour Cream Whipped Potatoes - 2 J's comment > reminiscent of the supermarket powder / instant form; texture slightly gummy; didn't get the sour cream flavor at all |

Bag of Doughnuts “shaken not stirred” w fruit & jelly dips (half portion) - 2 J's comment > not bad; donuts really fluffy; fruit dips paired really well (although they were slightly pasty) |

Hazelnut Chocolate Cookies and a bottle of malted chocolate milk (half portion) - 2 J's comment > cookie not even in the same league as Pourhouse's signature; chocolate milk tasted fresh from the Dairyland carton, definitely no malt flavor like Glenburn's; forgettable |

ARC used to be Herons. Our server confirmed that though the decor and name has changed, the chefs are the same. We also had a TravelZoo voucher which is still available as of today!
