Luke's Lobster @ FiDi

Lobster roll - 2+

J's comment > lobster was fresh and served cold, but on a warm bun! The contrast in temperature gave this dish an unusual facet that made you pause from inhaling the lobster straight on and ponder a bit on whether to eat it with the bun or without; the spices on top gave the lobster a bit of a kick that livened up the freshness (although the spices were only on top and not distributed throughout); could have also used a lot more butter, but then they probably weren't expect me ;)
