J's comment > what a disappointment after doing my research and advised that this was Maison Kayer's signature item; the choux was the worst I had ever had, completely dry w the extra hard caramelized topping; the only saving grace that bumped this from a 1 to a 2 was the cream, which whilst wasn't the best, was OK; Faubourg's play on the same item was much, MUCH better
