J's comment > not bad; very tender pork shoulder but tad dry unless you spread on quite a chunk of sauce; needs more sauce; gnocchi cooked well, bouncy; mushrooms OK |

J's comment > not bad; excellent technique in making the egg yolk gooey yet completely cooked egg whites; meat a tad stiff; flavor OK; BTW, the mayo on this goes OK w the egg, but even better w the beets below |

J's comment > very creamy dressing coated evenly through each leaf; kudos to using butter leaf lettuce instead of the ho-hum avg green lettuce |

J's comment > tad hard, previous tries had the beets much softer; swiss chard and nuts combo actually worked pretty well; Note to self; ask for the mayo from the scotch egg dish for the beets on the side next time |

J's comment > best lemon tart ever; server advised that the white tips are actually egg whites, NOT marshmallows as I thought last time, but I still say they taste nothing like egg whites and have a sweetness and texture similar to marshmallow |
