Potato & Spinach knish - 1

J's comment > the texture of the knish was OK; it's essentially a ball of mashed potatoes packed into a really dense ball (still moist though), surrounded by a thin layer of dough; you can have it served warm or leave it cold to reheat at home / hotel, we asked for ours to eat on the spot; the ick factor though, was the spinach which just didn't work - the spinach gave off a really weird-bad flavor in the knish; BTW, this thing is really heavy - I'd guesstimate that it's at least 1.5 pounds if not more
