Tortilla Soup - 2

J's comment > slightly spicy (spiciness level adjustable); all the cheese sunk to the bottom and 'glooped' together, wasn't very cheesy, just 'lumpy'; tortilla chips on the side were hard and definitely took a while to get soft when dunked in the soup which is good as I prefer my tortilla chips crunchy, not soggy

Gringa: Grilled white soft tortilla w mozzarella, rotiserrie pork & warm salsa, served w rice, beans, salad, fresh salsa & corn - 2

J's comment > more cheese than any other ingredient between the tortillas, would have definitely liked more meat; complements all avg
