Cole's Original French Dip: Slow roasted AAA Alberta beef striploin, garlic butter, au jus on a french roll - 2
Rosemary garlic fries - 2
J's comment > not bad; very tender and juicy beef, but not much flavor; very soft roll; jus just the right consistency, not too runny or thick; didn't get the garlic butter at all;
fries passable, esp when you dunk it into the mayo, served lukewarm; the rosemary and garlic were actual pieces of rosemary and garlic sprinkled on top, as such there really wasn't any rosemary or garlic flavor on/in the fries unless you managed to put one wee leaf of rosemary and one piece of garlic chip on each fry you ate |

Bangers & Mash: Two rivers bacon studded sausages, mashed potatoes, onion gravy, crispy onions - 2
J's comment > sausages borderline mealy, didn't really taste the bacon; potatoes really tasty though, despite the obvious lack of significant wallops of butter ;) I can totally tell, these were slightly chunky, exactly the way I like my mash; didn't get any of the crispy onions advertised |

$3 Beer special - 2
J's comment > not bad; easy to drink, not too strong |
