Whisky Hazelnut - 2
J's comment > not bad; well balanced whisky flavor & just the slightest nuttiness of hazelnut |

Hot Fudge: Vanilla ice cream, Earnest hot fudge, roasted almonds, Vancouver Island sea salt, whipped cream, preserved cherry - 2
J's comment > not bad; on its own, the vanilla ice cream would be OK, but not nearly as tasty as when paired w all the ingredients in this hot fudge; just the right amts of everything to make this one heck of a hot fudge, except the cherry though, needs more than just one cherry, a very tasty preserved cherry this is; just the slightest hint of the sea salt to kick up the hot fudge combo another notch; despite appearances the almonds weren't so much that it drowned out the other flavors |

Lavender - 2
Salted Caramel - 2+
Vegan strawberry daiquiri - 2
J's comment > all not bad; lavender was creamy and had strong lavender flavor - essentially the vanilla ice cream w lavender notes; the salted caramel still reigns as my fav flavor from the Earnest shop; very surprised that the vegan strawberry actually tasted good and was like a creamy strawberry |

London Fog - 2
J's comment > not bad; coffee flavor not too strong, but this flavor pales far far far down the scale when compared w the other flavors above |
 |
Chocolate sorbet - 2
J's comment > not impressed w this one; this was just a chocolate ice cream! slightly bitter too in the end notes; definitely not a 'sorbet' in the strictest sense |

Extra Comment
In general, I find the Earnest ice creams all have a certain depth that lingers after every lick, unlike other generic ice creams that just delivers on instant gratification.
