Caramel Cafe Chocolat: Inaya 65% dark chocolate mousse, caramel creme brulee, Szechuan peppercorn parfait, moist chocolate cake, mocha sable Breton, caramel crunch - 2

J's comment > not bad; very chocolaty and moist, all I got was chocolate on more chocolate; hint of the cafe in the after taste (really trace); no caramel, crunch or otherwise; heavy and rich for sure

Be sure to ask the staff which cakes were made today for the freshest cakes. I asked the staff member on duty and was advised that GP has some cakes that range from freshly made today to one or two days old. This is probably the standard across the industry, but I prefer my cakes as fresh as possible.
