Spicy tuna volcano - 2

J's comment > not bad; very crispy deep-fried rice; tuna OK, not too spicy actually

Toro beef - 2

J's comment > fatty part of this cut made it non-dry; looks like bacon, tastes like beef :D

Kalbi Chuck - 2

J's comment > not as tender as the Toro above as there is less fat on this one, cut also a tad thicker; still, definitely a fall in quality from my visit last year

Yaki-shabu (beef chuck roll) - 2

J's comment > thinly sliced and in huge pieces, but even leaner than the kalbi chuck above; not much of a fan for this one

Bistro Hanger Steak - 2

J's comment > the thickest cut of beef from the four ordered, but also the least fav; very dense and lean

Sukiyaki Bibimbap - 2

J's comment > aka gyu don; not impressed... hardly any beef, too much rice, flavor really light, could definitely use a bolder flavored sauce

Garlic Noodles - 2

J's comment > avg food court pan fried noodles; beef was sadly dry

Miso soup & salad - 2

J's comment > came w the sukiyaki bibimbap set; your avg miso soup and shaved cabbage salad

Fried gyoza dumplings - 2

J's comment > really hard gyoza as gyoza goes, too much wrapper to filling ratio
