Sakura Blossom Roll: Fresh crab, albacore tuna, cucumber, organic avocado, organic brown sushi rice, wrapped by wild sockeye salmon w creamy maple dressing (half order) - 2

Toro Tataki nigiri - 2

J's comment > blossom roll seafood and veggie ingredients were all fresh (didn't get any crab though); brown rice was a smidgen overcooked and didn't have any of the nuttiness that I like in my brown rice; most surprising feature was the maple dressing which whilst not 'creamy' per se, was definitely present, yet not too sweet and didn't overwhelm the over flavors

Toro nigiri was slightly flamed as the name 'tataki' suggests; fresh w decent dressing; not too fatty

Beef Teriyaki Combo: Sukiyaki beef w teriyaki sauce, organic brown rice, spinack gomaae - 2

J's comment > tender beef w actual beef flavor (generous portion of meat too!) and wasn't entirely dependent on the teriyaki sauce; sauce was too strong actually, would have preferred a milder teriyaki sauce, but I think the restaurant made it this way to encourage diners to finish the otherwise bland rice; rice was as forgettable as the sakura roll above; came w a salad (see below)

Dragon Magic Roll: Grilled anago, organic avocado, wild sockeye salmon, cream cheese, cucumber roll w housemade anago sauce - 2

J's comment > strong cream cheese flavor, wish I could have tasted more of the anago and avocado; this was about 60% cream cheese, 20% anago sauce, 20% everything else; same crummy brown rice

Quinoa spicy salmon cone: Organic quinoa, avocado, cucumber, spring mix, lettuce and spicy wild salmon wrapped w soy paper - 2

J's comment > wow... this tasted healthy; light ingredients if you're looking for a light bite; salmon was a tad stringy though

Salad w the beef teriyaki combo - 2

J's comment > your avg green salad
