Signature Regis Reuben: Locally sourced "J Beethoven's" New York corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing served on tasted marble rye w dill pickle spears & yam fries - 2

J's comment > decent amt of cheese on the reuben, but too much sauerkraut to corned beef ratio; the pieces of corned beef that I ate under all the sauerkraut was OK, not dry nor too salty; yam fries were OK, but tasted straight out of a frozen bag

Stuffed Yorkshire Pudding w sliced roast beef on a bed of caramelized onions topped w green onions - 2

J's comment > yorkshire pudding OK, slightly dry (not sure where the jus went... kinda strange of the sour cream to accompany this yorkie); beef tender and not dry either; BTW, shoutout thx to the kitchen who made an exception to make just one for me as they were not busy
