Tsuke-men ramen: Dipping style noodles - 2

J's comment > not bad; very bouncy, al dente noodles, just a tad thicker than the avg ramen noodle (served cold whilst the broth is piping hot) w strong egg flavor; broth was addictive but a tad salty; as the name says, you grab a chunk of the noodles to dip in the broth and then eat it from the bowl - problem w this for me though, was the potential splatter factor, which made me uneasy throughout the whole meal; also, you had to get just the 'right' balance of noodle & broth - too much broth and it's salty, too much noodle and all you get is the egg flavor from the noodle; a tasty ramen to be sure, but a big hassle to eat; the pork belly (hidden in the broth) was marbly though, delish
