Fennel sausage mini meatballs fresh arugula & diced heirloom tomatoes tomato sauce & provolone cheese pizza - 2

J's comment > not bad; decent crust, non-soggy anywhere; fennel flavor not too strong in sausage (I prefer no fennel at all); could have used a tad more cheese though

Heirloom tomato salad w basil, olive oil & balsamic - 2

J's comment > decent tomatoes, fresh as expected, but not as tasty as the tomato feta salad from Salted Brick; good balance of the oil and vinegar

Chicharrones w Espelette pepper - 2

J's comment > very crisp and crunchy puffed pork skin; pepper present but not overwhelming nor too spicy

Meatballs w organic tomato sauce & shaved parmesan - 2

J's comment > meatball really hard; sauce slightly tart; didn't taste the cheese although it's in plain sight

Dark cocoa sandwich cookie w salted honey caramel filling - 2

J's comment > not bad; cookie on the soft side; filling was creamy and a good balance of the salted caramel and honey, and not just salted caramel as expected of most desserts w this combo; decent ratio of filling to cookie despite appearances, although would have liked a tad more filling; FYI, the cookie was a lot smaller than it appears in the pic
