Maple confit pork belly, scrambled eggs, home fries, toast - 2
J's comment > pork belly OK, slightly fattier than marbly but flavor decent; scrambled eggs texture good, not rubbery at all; potatoes and toast passable; FYI, a side of pb and j comes w the toast which it sorely needs as the toast is too dry on its own |

Short rib, hash brown croquettes, sous vide eggs, caramalized onion puree - 2
J's comment > short rib incredibly 'firm' (AKA hard as a rock); eggs and onion puree OK; the most palatable item on this dish was the hash brown (kinda like an upscale McDonald's hash brown) which is just sad... |

Lemon marscapone french toast, blueberry compote, maple syrup - 2
J's comment > french toast soft yet heavy on the egg (couldn't taste the egg per se, but the texture was soaked into the bread); didn't get the lemon marscapone flavor at all, though you can see it sandwiched between the toast; maple syrup and blueberry compote OK |
