BBQ roast pork - 2

J's comment > not bad; skin very crunchy; decent amt of fat & meat ratio, but could be more marbly; tad dry

BBQ roast duck - 2

J's comment > not bad; very flavorful duck; skin could be a lot crisper though

BBQ charsiu - 2

J's comment > decent flavor but dry... and this was the half fat/half lean cut
