Salmon Salad Supreme Lunch Box Classiq: Steamed salmon, aioli, onion, capers, PQ greens - 2

J's comment > not bad; salmon not fishy at all, good balance of aioli, very flavorful; loved the multigrain bread (mind you I'm partial to nutty foods), but would have liked the sandwich without the crust (tad hard and chewy, detracting from the lovely salmon filling)

Shrimp Cocktail Protein Boost: Wild caught shrimp, housemade cocktail sauce - 2

J's comment > humdrum shrimp salad, tasted like the defrosted stuff from the frozen section at a supermarket

Snickerdoodle cookie: Cinnamon, organic cane sugar - 2

J's comment > cookie soft and chewy, not my fav; trace cinnamon, more vanilla than anything; not too sweet

Ice Tea Lemon Crush Chia H20: Organic chia, earl grey tea, lemon - 2

J's comment > not bad; loved nibbling on the chia seeds, good balance of amt of seed to actual drink; tea not too sweet, decent lemon tea

Extra Comment
The staff informed me that everything is made daily from scratch and some items are actually thrown out before closing as their freshness have expired. Wicked! How fresh is that?!
