Pizza Fabrika

Fromage pizza: Fabrika cheese blend, gorgonzola, ricotta, honey - 2

J's comment > crust much too hard; the touch of gorgonzola, honey & ricotta lifted an otherwise blah pizza, lending a certain je ne sais quoi; had a decent amt of cheese, yet would have liked a bit more of the stringier kind (eg. mozzarella)

Beer bison meatballs: Tomato sauce, gremolata & grana padono - 1

J's comment > meatballs hard as a rock, slightly spicy; not gamey at all, in fact, protein flavor could be bolder; needs more cheese

Lemon cream w granola - 2

J's comment > truly just lemon cream w some kind of berry compote and bits of granola on top; cream not too heavy nor sour, but was really one dimensional
