Chicken Fricassee: Chicken legs, tomato confit, preserved lemon, couscous - 2+

J's comment > tender chicken, meat literally falls off the bone; very flavorful, excellent citrus and tomato balance; loved the extra touch w the piece of baguette provided to soak up the juices, very French

Britanny Breakfast: 2 scramble eggs, shrimp, ling cod, fish veloute, potatoes, salad - 2+

J's comment > excellent fish veloute, seafood not fishy in the least, sauce was the perfect balance of creaminess; eggs scrambled to fluffiness; very well done; potatoes and salad passable, but the real star was the fist veloute
