Milano Roasters Espresso Lounge

November 2, 2014

Velvet latte - 2

J's comment > not bad; very smooth, not acidic at all; good balance of coffee and milk

Ying Yang Mocha (white and dark chocolate) - 2

J's comment > more chocolaty than coffee, but foam good; loved the melted pieces of chocolate flakes on top

Killer Mocha - 2

J's comment > forgot to ask the defining feature of this mocha, but swore it tasted about the same as the Ying Yang above; one of the regulars to Milano at our party advised that yes, all the mochas taste about the same

Americano - 2

J's comment > your avg americano, but not too acidic

Cream cheese brownie - 2

Earl grey macaron - 2

J's comment > brownie dense and slightly sweeter than I like, but goes great w a bitter coffee; trace flavor of the cream cheese on top;

macaron firm; flavor OK; needs more filling and a lighter, fluffier shell
