Burrata and ‘Nduja sausage - 2 J's comment > not bad; absolutely delish burrata, very creamy and soft, not sour in the least like Gordon Ramsay's; 'nduja spicy flavor too strong as a pairing though, would have liked to taste more of the burrata on its own (which I just ate straight up) |

The bar actually doubles as the kitchen, as most of the items are prepped ahead of time and are quickly put together before serving.
