Feature pasta: Tomato & 'Nduja sausage - 2

J's comment > not bad; pasta cooked well, on the al dente side; would have liked more sauce, but fine as it was; definitely spicy courtesy of the 'Nduja sausage (FYI, the sausage actually melts into the pasta so you can't see it, but the flavor is there)

Potted chicken livers with a Marsala gelatina - 2

J's comment > not bad; creamy chicken liver spread, your usual awesomeness but nothing particularly different from other yummy chicken liver spreads around town

Burrata and ‘Nduja sausage - 2

J's comment > not bad; absolutely delish burrata, very creamy and soft, not sour in the least like Gordon Ramsay's; 'nduja spicy flavor too strong as a pairing though, would have liked to taste more of the burrata on its own (which I just ate straight up) 

Stracciatella soup with egg, bread crumbs, Parmigiano-Reggiano, chicken broth and nutmeg - 2

J's comment > soup slightly salty but the mixed texture of the egg and bread crumbs was interesting

Boulevardier - 2

J's comment > very smooth, not too bitter, easy to drink

Old Pal - 2

J's comment > same comment as above

The bar actually doubles as the kitchen, as most of the items are prepped ahead of time and are quickly put together before serving.
