Latte: Ritual Coffee Roasters, San Francisco from Oberon - 2+

J's comment > very smooth, non-acidic & non-bitter; my ideal latte

Brew Coffee: Heart Coffee Roasters, Portland from El Amate, Guatemala - 2

J's comment > non-acidic & non-bitter, also smooth and easy to drink as the Oberon above, but somehow it just wasn't the same, even after adding milk to it

Cortado (AKA Gibraltar): Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters, Calgary from Banko Gotiti, Ethiopia - 2

J's comment > slightly acidic, but otherwise, just as tasty as the latte above

Chocolate brownie - 2

J's comment > not bad; brownie texture good, slightly nutty; frosting on top not too heavy; very chocolaty

Croissant - 2

J's comment > not bad; very flaky crisp exterior, center soft and bouncy

Chocolate cake - 2

J's comment > texture slightly stiffer and spongier than preferred; exterior even harder than the center; slightly dry
