Sesame chicken (half) - 2+

J's comment > insanely crispy skin w super juicy, flavorful and tender chicken meat; very very well done!

Live crab - 2+

J's comment > very fresh and firm flesh; excellent balance of flavors, none of the overly-corn starched batter that is added

Famous roast squab - 2

J's comment > not bad; very flavorful squab, one of the best flavored actually, w very light gaminess; skin unfortunately not crisp at all

Beef fried rice - 2

J's comment > not bad; not as fragrant as Shi Art's, but still pretty good nonetheless, rice grains firm and slightly al dente, just the way I like it

Curry conch - 2

J's comment > not bad; very fresh conch meat diced; curry not spicy at all, this was more like the Portuguese style curry

House special ribs - 2

J's comment > not bad; loved the caramelized crispness of the exterior; too much fat to meat though, it was like 80% fat and 20% meat; I like my meat marbly, not divided into fat & meat

Complimentary chrysanthemum jelly & cookies - 2+

J's comment > light and refreshing jelly; very fragrant of the chrysanthemum flavor, subtle coconut; cookies very crisp and light

Complimentary red bean soup - 2
