Crispy Fried Tofu w spinach & shiitake sauté, Thai red curry - 2
J's comment > not bad; the Thai red curry was actually more like butter chicken curry, but still very tasty; a smidgen spicy but not too much; crispy tofu of course not crispy as it was soaked in the curry, but the tofu itself was passable; shiitake flavorful |

Cha Ca Hanoi: Pacific cod, market greens, turmeric chili coconut milk, dill, rice vermicelli, nuoc cham, fresh herbs, scallions - 2
J's comment > not bad; tasty curry, not too spicy; fish slightly firmer than preferred but flavorful; rice vermicelli an excellent selection for this curry |

Naan Bread - 2
J's comment > soft and slightly fluffy but not as stretchy as I like my naan; good for dipping into the 'Thai curry' above |

Crispy Pork Belly Bun Vermicelli bowl: Noodle salad bowl, carrot daikon pickle, cucumbers, lettuce, bean sprouts, peanuts, herbs, scallions, nuoc cham - 2
J's comment > pork belly more over fried to the point of dryness than actually 'crispy'; rest of the noodle bowl was dry until you poured / dipped noodles into the nuoc cham sauce dip in the centre, but the flavors just didn't work for me; probably cause other than the pork, everything was too healthy |
