Beet Back-Bacon Benny w wilted spinach and house made maple-glazed beets served w roasted potatoes and a mixed greens salad - 2

J's comment > not bad; loved the smoky/sweetness combo of the beets w the slightly chewy texture; the server practically guaranteed that it tastes 'just like bacon' but I didn't think so; nonetheless, pretty tasty beets; eggs were poached exactly as requested; potatoes soft w a slightly crisp edge; the faux 'chup was so-so, would much prefer the real thing; salad good too (such as it is), loved the nuttiness at the bottom
