Pancakes: Round 2 - 2

J's comment > very fluffy but that's about it - no crisped edges (although a smidgen crisper on the exterior than round 1 below), no perfect holding of the amt of syrup; so following the sad looking plate of under seared pancakes (see below), we requested a refire and although these look better than the ones below, and are passable pancakes for sure, they are definitely not the same as last three visit's; the batter is definitely different although the server denied it (she's definitely wrong)

Buttermilk Pancakes w salted caramel butter, maple syrup, hash browns & 2 eggs - 2

J's comment > hash browns were more like thinly shaved pieces of crisped potatoes w seasoning, OK, but the real star we were going for was the pancakes which were not up to par; fluffy, but no other defining characteristics of a truly unforgettable pancake
