Duck Roti: Roasted duck, glazed grapes & apples, duck sauce - 2+

J's comment > very tender and flavorful duck - seriously, never had a duck so tender!; loved the sub of starch for grapes and apples, the bit of fruitiness upped the game even further; decent amt of jus; a bit salty though, as the other two entrees were as well; honestly all three entrees were on par, but the duck got first place as I've never had a duck so tender

Braised Short Ribs: 7 hours braised, peppercorn sauce, honey glazed carrots, frites - 2+

J's comment > another very tender protein dish; beef was juicy and was simply divine w the sauce; definitely a heavy dish but sooo worth every bite

Chicken Fricassee: Chicken legs, tomato confit, preserved lemon, couscous - 2+

J's comment > tender chicken, meat literally falls off the bone; very flavorful, excellent citrus and tomato balance; just as wonderful as last visit's (thank goodness there's some consistency)

Garlic Kale - 2

J's comment > well dressed kale, but still 'just' kale; Bitter's kale Caesar still triumphs in the kale battle

Bread & Butter - 2

J's comment > unsalted butter but very spreadable; bread was soft and was really best for soaking up the juices from the entrees

Frites (came w the beef above) - 2

J's comment > your avg fries at a casual bistro, neither hard nor soft, the right texture, served hot
