Daily special: Veal carpaccio - 2+

J's comment > very tender and flavorful; perfectly cooked

Daily special: Rack of lamb - 2+

J's comment > another winner; intense lamb flavor w minimal gaminess (not that I would have minded either way); perfectly cooked, very tender; gnocchi were just the right texture, slightly bouncy and not hard at all

Daily special: Ravioli w veal - 2

J's comment > not bad; very tender veal; ravioli a touch al dente; would have liked a bit more sauce

Octopus Carpaccio: Pimento, limoncello - 2

J's comment > not bad; very thin, not chewy at all, but somehow doesn't impress as last visit's; dressing didn't enhance the octopus as well I think

Taglierini: Wild mushrooms, pinot grigio-chilies, olive oil - 2

J's comment > flavor not as strong as the dishes above but generous amt of ingredients; pasta a touch al dente; would have preferred a sauce w this pasta

Daily Burrata - 2

J's comment > much firmer than I like my burrata but still on the soft side; passable

Meat Balls: Fonduta al Parmigiano, polenta - 2

J's comment > meatballs slightly firm; polenta very mushy; passable but not worth ordering again

Complimentary bread and butter - 2

J's comment > bread not warm, butter slightly hard

Tortino di Cioccolata e Croccante: Dark chocolate, hazelnut praline, blood orange gelato - 2

J's comment > very dense chocolate but not bitter; needs more praline; gelato OK, but the rest were just 'filler', didn't really add to the dessert

Prosecco "Semifreddo" w fresh berries "brodo" - 2

J's comment > on the creamy side, it was more like an ice cream w faint traces of icicles

Agave Margarita: Tequila, agave, squeezed lime - 2

J's comment > your avg margarita
