#A3 Steamed pork shao mai w fish roe (siu mai) - 2+

J's comment > firm pork texture w delicate flavor of siu mai; served piping hot and fresh; sadly this was the only dish served fresh

#D1 Egg custard tarts - 2

J's comment > not bad; pastry shell just as delicate and flaky as previous visit's, but egg custard not as fragrant; served lukewarm and immediately after we placed our order, so freshness is definitely questionable

#D2 Baked BBQ pork bun - 2

J's comment > most definitely not the same buns we had last time; buns still soft, but topping not nearly as crisp, not even close! charsiu not very flavorful and a bit dry

#19 Stir fried rice cake w beans & preserved vegetable - 2

J's comment > rice cakes harder than last time; flavor passable

#A11 Golden creamy custard buns - 2

J's comment > center was liquid-y as expeted, but not as hot and fresh as last visit's; seriously, what the heck happened today?!

#K21 Deep fried squid tentacle - 2

 J's comment > batter crisp, but needs a lot more; tentacles, just like last time, a tad too hard

#K1 Fried tiger prawns w chili pepper paste - 2

J's comment > prawns crisp; flavors OK (touch salty); really messy to eat; passable

#C11 Steamed plain rice roll - 2

J's comment > wow... never had my rice rolls pre slathered for me; this would be fine if it was in the right proportion, but as it was, waaaay too much sauce, making this too salty; rice rolls themselves were slightly firmer than I like too
