Duck Breast: Pan-seared duck breast w jeweled couscous, crispy duck skin and grilled asparagus - 2

J's comment > very flavorful, but slightly raw, hence duck a touch chewy; needs more jus, provided when asked for; the skin attached to the duck meat was definitely not crisp, but to make up for it, the kitchen provided the crisped skin of another duck (I suppose?) on top of the couscous; loved the char flavor of the asparagus
