Chicken Lover’s Deep Dish: A mixture of scrambled eggs, cheese and spinach w breast of chicken, fresh tomatoes, tomato sauce, and topped w mozzarella cheese and baked in the oven and melted - 2

J's comment > not bad; generous amt of each ingredient, well portioned too - not too much or too little of anything, a good harmony; chicken pieces smaller than I like, but they were there 

Scoozis Lasagna: Homemade lasagna with a Mediterranean twist w fresh fennel and nutmeg, layered w lean beef, four cheeses, and spinach, served w warm pita bread - 2

J's comment > generous amt of meat, decent amt of cheese, very little pasta (overcooked too); flavorful, but the soft pasta killed it for me

Spanakopita: Flaky filo dough filled w a blend of spinach, feta, mozzarella, ricotta cheese and potato, served w Greek salad and tzatziki + meatballs - 2

J's comment > very soft filo, not soggy, but could definitely be a lot crisper; as w the chicken dish above, excellent ratio portioning of the stuffing; meatballs passable; lettuce in the salad very fresh

Ratatouille: Eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers, fresh tomatoes, spinach, onions, artichoke hearts, herbs and cheese, served w pita bread - 2

J's comment > generous and well-portioned amt of veggies; all cooked very soft; very flavorful

Scoozis Chicken Soup: Rice, breast of chicken (skinless), lemon, ginger, and fresh dill - 2

J's comment > slightly kick due to the ginger; a thick soup; needs more chicken pieces though
