BLUE: Rosemary smoked bacon, caramelized onions, mushrooms, baby spinach and stilton blue cheese mousse - 2

J's comment > not bad; not too smoky but generous amt of cheese; stilton pronounced but not too strong (well, I like my blue cheese really strong); crust not too thin nor thick, but was of the bread-y variety; all in all, the owner/chef didn't cheap out on the toppings for sure

MIST: Smoked salmon, crab, scallions and truffle infused tomatoes - 2

J's comment > LOTS of salmon, of which half was baked right into the pizza so it was warm - not a fan of the warm smoked salmon, very fishy; the cold salmon piled on top in the center was OK, but overall flavors were still weird; FYI, the stuff on top of the salmon in the center is white truffle, which the owner generously gave us as he was using some for his new pizza creations and had lots left over; I still prefer the black truffle as the flavor is stronger
