Croissant - 2+

PB & J macaron - 2

J's comment > very good croissant, light and flaky, fluffy, even at room temp! All it needs is some melted cheese and ham... :D; macaron OK, but crust touch too brittle, not as wonderful as previous trial last year, needs a lot more filling, I didn't get the pb & j flavors at all

#04 "TAHITIAN DREAM": 32% Valrhona Dulcey chocolate. (Dulcey is a white chocolate in which the milk solids have been caramelized, giving the chocolate a tan color and toasted milky caramel notes.) Served w dulcey-dipped coconut marshmallow and Tahitian vanilla bean shortbread. - 2

J's comment > strong white chocolate flavors w trace hints of caramel as advertised (I prefer darker chocolate hence the inherent bias); technically well done though, the marshmallow maintained the creamy, foamy topping and didn't melt too fast although the chocolate was hot; shortbread passable but avg; Available until Jan 31
