Burnt Toast Cafe

Mini Beef Stuffed Yorkies: 6 house made mini yorkies stuffed w fresh roast beef and served w a side of jus - 2

J's comment > not bad; yorkies' texture reminiscent of a brioche; tender beef but a touch dry; yorkies could be hotter, but passable as it; jus yummy and excellent for drowning the dry-ish yorkie & beef in

Locally Made Elk and Blueberry Sausage served w blue cheese and garlic mashed potatoes, a fresh daily vegetable and Dijon mustard - 2

J's comment > not bad; flavorful lean sausage, w actual discernable blueberry notes!

Wild Game Potato Skins: Potato skins filled w elk salami and bison pepperoni, green onions and topped w melted mozzarella and served w chipotle maple - 2

J's comment > almost literally just skins, hardly any potato or anything else on it (as you can see); would have appreciated more ingredients than just the potato skin; the meats (what there was of it) were also sadly dry and couldn't tell the diff between these and the avg deli meats; chipotle maple was a touch spicy and was intriguing w the bit of maple sweetness
