#12 "BROWNIE DELIGHT": A 68% Boa Sentenca dark chocolate from Cocoa Barry, served w a gluten-free dark chocolate brownie and vanilla Chantilly - 2

J's comment > definitely strong dark chocolate flavors, not too sweet; brownie was avg;

#13 "CHRISTELLA DECADENCE": A 38% Seline milk chocolate from Carma (house Swiss brand unique to Canada), served w a sphere of house hazelnut chocolate spread - 2

J's comment > the star was the house sphere of hazelnut chocolate - this was essentially a gourmet ferro rocher! sadly, this sphere is only available during the festival; hot chocolate was very milky, more milk than cocoa in fact; funny thing was, since this was milky and the one above was dark, I thought mixing the two might make the result better than either, but no... didn't work; Available until Feb 13
