Aromatic curry of lamb shank (geng gari neux kae) w pickled pearl onion, confit yams - 2+

J's comment > very tender and juicy lamb, the least gamy lamb I've ever had; curry very tasty, slightly spicy but not too much; loved the pearl onions that were present and not melted into the curry

8 spice lingcod (pla tort samun plai): Crispy ling cod, served in a caramelized tamarind and palm sugar sauce, topped w 8 different fried herbs and spices - 2

J's comment > lingcod more sweet than any other flavor but not too sweet; fish cooked well, not overcooked at all, but batter slightly too caramelized, tasting more crunchy sweet than delicate fish

Pad Thai: Fresh rice noodles, tamarind, peanuts, tofu, egg, sustainable prawns - 2

J's comment > second time around and pad thai still didn't wow me; noodles still softer than I like; slightly spicy

Complimentary coconut sorbet - 2

J's comment > very refreshing; strong coconut flavor
