#48 "PO-TAY-TO PO-TAH-TO": Sage, Cinnamon and Purple Potato Hot Chocolate in Michel Cluizel Mokaya, served w a toasted yam marshmallow - 2

J's comment > not bad; fav of the festival so far; strong taro flavor on the outside rim of the cup and the yam was very evident in the marshmallow; foam was very well done, it didn't disperse at all from the first sip to the last (about 10 mins); hot chocolate still not the molten liquid I crave, but chocolate flavor quite strong nonetheless; Available until Feb 13

Flourless chocolate torte - 2

J's comment > very dense torte; decent chocolate flavor but would have preferred the torte to be just slightly softer; the pot du chocolat on the left was a mix of chocolate and banana flavors, which was great for dipping the torte in, but you need a lot more to moisten/soften up the dense torte
