Grilled cheez sandwich: 4 different cheeses, multigrain bread, tomato & mushrooms - 2

J's comment > not bad; very cheesy but would have liked a stronger cheese flavor eg. blue or something equally forte; tomato and mushrooms a nice touch; bread was toasted well, lightly crisp on the exterior and soft in the center

New England fish chowder: Cream based w sole fish - 2

J's comment > not bad; very creamy; decent amt of fresh fish; not much other flavor than cream though, could have used a touch more herbs perhaps

Fried oysters, freshly shucked & breaded (half size) - 2

J's comment > not bad; very well fried, light and crisp on the exterior; oysters in the center, for once, not fishy as I've had before; still, I prefer raw oysters to fried

Steamed mussels: 1 pound steamed in white wine, shallots, garlic, tomatoes & butter - 2

J's comment > very fresh mussels; broth a touch weak though, needs more everything

Happy hour oysters ($1.50)

Kusshi & Royal Miyagi oysters - 2

J's comment > very fresh oysters but Summer Breeze remains my fav kind

Yam Fries - 2

J's comment > light and crisp exterior but not as soft in the center as I like my fries; slightly spicy

Manhattan clam chowder w tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, corn, celery & onions - 2

J's comment > more like tomato soup w clam; decent amt of clams but clam flavor could be stronger

Postmark Pilsner - 2

J's comment > easy to drink beer; happy hour special
