Salt 'n Pepper Wings: Fresh cracked pepper and sea salt, served w a side of carrot and habanero hot sauce and a celeriac slaw - 2

J's comment > sadly not as juicy as last visit's two years ago, slightly overcooked; skin was crisp though, and the hot sauce was actually really spicy

Put A Bird On It: Hop-fried buttermilk organic chicken, Belgian waffle, maple syrup and gravy - 2

J's comment > consistent like last visit, chicken was a tad dry, and all I got was the white meat; waffle OK, soft but a good flavor

Portland Craft burger: Housemade 6oz patty w basil, pickled beets, served w fries - 2

J's comment > patty juicy but salty; good ratio of cheese and the other complements (except bun, there's always too much bun); fries decent, slightly crisp exterior w a soft center

Occidental Kolsch - 2

J's comment > not too hoppy, easy to drink
