Black: Tonkotsu (pork) broth w roasted garlic oil, freshly made noodles w aburi pork chachu and half a boiled egg - 2

J's comment > noodles were more somen than ramen; broth passable but would have liked it richer and bolder flavored; advertised garlic flavor present, but expected it to be much stronger; chashu (I ordered the 'fat' version) was actually quite lean; egg was cooked right
